Maeve Albatross is attending Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. She was originally going to attend Beauxbatons Academy but much to her French mother's disappointment, she was denied. As she goes to Hogwarts she is sorted into Slytherin despite her hatred for all dark wizardry. Maeve tries her best to befriend the golden trio even though she must gain their trust because she was placed in the house of Slytherin.

A.N:
At the start of this story I am going to have Maeve be a first year so you can get some of her backstory and then there will be a time skip to her as a 4th year and it will be then that she befriends the golden trio. So I am going to have her end up with Harry and I would make this a Harry x reader story, but I didn't want the story to just be about romance and I wanted to make Maeve's time at Hogwarts versus her relationships with people more balanced.
