Kate: What happened to you on that island?
Y/n: A lot.
The day I went missing was the day Y/n Barton died, and something else was born. The name of the island they found me on is Lian-Yu. It's Mandarin for 'Purgatory'. For five years, I was stranded with only one thought, one goal, survive. Since my return, I've been trying to reconnect with the woman I once loved, Kate Bishop, while also keeping a promise I made to my Aunt Natasha. Before my disappearance, she gave me a list of names that I now use to bring down the criminal element in my city.
These people have failed this city, and now it's up to me to save it. But to do this without harming the ones closest to me, I have to become someone else, I have to become something else.
