Ever since season 1 of a gameshow: Inanimate Insanity. Everyone has hated Balloon for his past actions. Balloon regrets ever trying to act mean in the past and tries to fix his mistakes.

‼️⚠️THIS FANFICTION WAS THOUGHT OUT ABOUT AND MADE BEFORE THE NEW INANIMATE INSANITY SEASON 2 EPISODES, THIS FANFICTION FEATURES SOMETHINGS THAT CONTRADICT SOME OF THE CANNON STORY (Just pretend any episode that takes place after season 3 doesn't exist for this one)⚠️‼️ Everything is going fine in Hotel OJ. Inanimate Insanity Invitational had just concluded, so now everyone is back at the hotel, even the remaining season 2 contestants who are waiting for MePhone to resume the season (not the season 3 newbies though, but some could possibly make a cameo *wink* *wink*). One day, OJ has to leave for a month to have time with his family and puts Paper in charge. But little does OJ know, Evil Paper is ready for his comeback. TW: Violence, gore, a little bit of swearing, some ships, and probably some phobia triggers. (Also, apologies if I ever mischaracterize any characters in this story. I'm mainly doing this stuff because I can, but I'm really trying my hardest to be as cannon as I possibly can personality wise.) By the way, the entire story will be strictly in 3rd person. Finger Paintings (REBOOT)
After MePhone4 mysteriously dissapeared, the remaining contestants were sent back to Hotel OJ. People picked up new interests, Fan became a famous internet blogger, Suitcase and Balloon became detectives, Test Tube continued her science experiments, ect ect... But what about Paintbrush? That *is* who this story is about, is it not? Yes yes, of course. How would we forget our beloved Paintbrush, famous across all of the seasons of II. What happened to them? Well, they started an art class, every wednesday they would help their students get better at painting. But soon enough, they found a new interest. Finger Painting. They loved how much control they had, they loved how easy it was to glide their finger against the canvas. One day, they accidentally spilt some blood onto their canvas. They tried to rub it away, but.. It felt good. Even better than paint. They loved the feeling of the blood against the canvas, rubbing into it and creating an amazing picture. How could they not like it? But they couldn't use it again, they could use a substitute. And so they would. ~~~~~ ah yes, im better at writing now how did that happen? since im better at writing i thought, why not rewrite my most popular book? its not like its ahha its not like ive got 3 other things to do so yeah finger paintings reboot was born also the death orders might be a little different i will not be making a reboot of revival (unless its highly requested). The ending to this is going to be very different, and will not need a second story. Useless, hated, depressed was all Balloon felt in his life. He thought he could change it during his time in Inanimate Insanity. But things didn't. It's been a month after his and Nickel and now Paintbrush's elimnation and life didn't get much better. Sure Balloon made a friend, which was Cheesy, but he still felt utterly alone. And when his plan to apologize to everyone backfires.... It leads to a big fight. This fight would last days with everything being the same. Until, that is... When Nickel brings out the heavy hitter. Yelling and confessing things that everybody has been thinking. Heartbroken, Balloon leaves up to his room. In a huge fit of rage, he trashes his room. Having hit the lowest of lows.... Upon the closure of MePhone's reality show, Inanimate Insanity, one final challenge was formed from a nuclear accident spreading across the island; to survive. 28 contestants, 1 hotel basement, 0 chance of revival. It's up to them to decide whose fates are sealed in the now-barren and dangerous wasteland of an island. Those sent off for resource or assistance may never return. Why Stay When No one Cares?
Ever feel like you don't belong in a place? How about feeling like an outcast in a familiar place? Well, ever feel like you are hated by just about everyone you know? Don't you ever just feel like running away from that hate and not looking back? Well, Balloon knows what that feels like. He's felt like this for that few years of his life, and he's grown tired of it. Everyone in Hotel OJ hates Balloon, just because he tried to manipulate his team. 'Oh Come on!' he wasn't even good at it! It's been a few weeks since Balloon AND Nickel's elimnation from II2 and OJ just HAD to make them roommates. That's not even the worst part of all this! Everyone, even some from season 2, just doesn't like him and pokes fun with the season 1 contestants. Balloon hates this feeling of being completely alone, and hated by those who didn't see the real him, so why not just, run away?
