There's no way for two rivals to have peaceful and decent conversations, not after what one has done to the other.

Most especially, there's no way for them to be friends when all they exchange are arguments and glares. If they ever become friends-or at least gain some understanding- then it'll be like seeing a ghost.

Unless you've got a third eye, then I guess you won't see what's hidden between the two.
