Takeo is a tall, 15-year-old nature ele-elf born to the richest family in his town. He has a... rather rough life. He has been abused by his father his whole life and witnessed his mother being murdered in front of him. 
He was recently moved from a private school to a public one and meets a boy who soon becomes very special to him: Hikaru, a short wind ele-elf. Hikaru introduces him to his friends Kaoru, Kenshin and Anya. The four of them help Takeo feel happier and more confident in the new environment.
