One day everything is as you've known it forever. Then the next, in a hit you didn't see coming, it's all changed. Skye had life planned out with Michael, sure it wasn't always perfect, but it was real. When an accident rips him away she's left building a whole new life while dealing with the grief. She sure didn't expect her brothers best friend Nate to be the one to help her deal with these feelings. Nate got married young, had the white picket fence and the baby on the way. It's what he had always wanted. Apparently it was all too much for Olivia when she packed up and left him with their six month old baby boy. Being a single parent was never the dream and it's damn hard. He never expected his best friends little sister, who's been on a path not dissimilar to a wrecking ball since losing her fiancé, to fill the void.
