Sebastian and Evanora had left off their fifth year close as ever. It's this reason that makes Sebastian's silence over summer and avoidance of her even more confusing.

Sixth year is set to be normal, as far as rebellions and ancient magic trials go - but normal brings a whole new set of challenges with it. There's nothing to distract them from everything they did a year ago, and nothing to fill the silence caused by everything they've left unsaid.

Evanora is determined to find out exactly why he won't speak to her, and he's determined to keep his distance. Ominis is exhausted by them, as usual.

Everyone else just waits with bated breath for them to finally realise what everyone else has.
