Over Again

In one summer spent in the wonders of London, Chandler Grants and Liam Payne become the best of friends. Eventually the fun ends and Chandler has to head back home to America. Knowing they might never see eachother again they both make a promise, a promise to never forget eachother or the fun times they had no matter what. But when events in Chandler's life prevent her from keeping her side of the promise will Liam keep both sides of the promise on his own? Or should he just give up..?
