In My Head

In My Head is poetry book about my personal life such as my struggle with major depressive disorder, and anxiety, being a sexual abuse survivor and tough up bringing.
My goal is to help other people by sharing my story because shit gets bad sometimes and knowing that there's someone else out there who's experiencing the same thing as you, makes you feel not so alone.
