The Siren's Calling {xiaoven} {kokokazu}

The night was still young, and Venti and Xiao had snuck out for a quick smoke on the beach together. As they laugh amongst each other, they decide to take just a small dip in the water-but betray their words when they sink further into the ocean's skin.

Going deeper into the salt water, they hear what starts off as a hypnotic lullaby before ending with Xiao begging for his life as he's nearly drowned, bitten and kissed by the source of the music.

To both of their horrors, Xiao's suddenly got a fishtail.., scales.., and gills??

Kokomi and Kazuha happen to stumble across a dreadful looking woman washed up in the tide pools and takes her to the hospital. When she wakes, they find that she has no recollection of her family nor her name, so they're forced to tend to her out of guilt.

The more they get to know this strange and mysterious woman, the less and less they actually know about her. All the strings connect together once they come into contact with Xiao and Venti.
