Back in the 2000's,in a city named Tokyo-To....
There are two things that made this city unique : the Rudies,or a rebellious portion of Tokyo-To's youngsters skating all day and tagging walls to express themselves...And Jet Set Radio,a pirate radio station that plays nothing but the best tunes in town.
In this story,we follow the GG's : a Rudie Gang that surfaced in 200X,and its history of rebellious acts against other Rudie Gangs,but also against the 21st Century Project which plans to eradicate the Rudies as an union.
Here is how a group of teenagers battled their own struggles,cleared a mystery hiding behind shadowy curtains...And saved Tokyo-To.
