This is about a girl with anxiety trying to work on the instructions her therapist gives her in order to guide her through her panic attacks.
One day while she goes to the local supermarket she again encounters a panic attack sending herself into an outer body experience.
During this a boy who is later to be found out as the owner of the shop plans her murder while he is sat next to her and eventually does it not long after her panic attack has eventually started to dive down.
