Paper Plane

Nostalgia. This is what we feel when we try to revisit and go back to places and people that used to be pieces in the puzzle of our lives. Emil Ojales, a filmmaker whose second film flopped, felt this when he went back to the west coast of Zamboanga after a decade. By the time that he set his foot again on that place, he could still taste the salt air and hear the familiar sounds of the seabirds. But there are two things that he missed so bad - the friendship that was built along that coastline and the love that grew all summer long.
