When Clock-La gets defeated by Sly Cooper in the streets of Paris, her beak cripples Bentley's legs and Harley Keener's right hand. Clock-La hypnotizes Harley where they put their souls into his body. When Harley starts acting strange and volatile, Sly soon discovers that Harley is possessed by Clockwerk. Sly must decide how to defeat Clockwerk without harming Harley in the process.
