The Doctor decides to flip the randomiser, and randomise it does.
He arrives on Bellus VI, a beautiful colony world filled with a seemingly endless variety of alien inhabitants. But after the Bellus Central Mainframe (BCM) detects his arrival, he is apprehended and imprisoned. The Doctor expects a fair trial, but after being broken out by Rebels who despise the New Law, the Doctor discovers the mechanical truth behind the Bellus Security Department (BSD) and their actions. 
The Doctor realises that he must stop them before an incident, similar to what happened previously on Bellus IV, sends the planet into a war which neither side will win.

A large unidentified spacecraft mysteriously begins to approach the Earth. The Doctor and his friends have been called into UNIT to help understand this strange happening. So far, the craft seems to contain non-hostile forms of life, but with the American Commander in control of the operation with his grand plans of protecting the Earth, his actions are about to make the situation dramatically worse... As the Doctor and his friends are taken aboard the spacecraft, the situation becomes quite clear. The Commander seems hell-bent on trying to wipe out these aliens. With his deceptive measures to help prove that these aliens are hostile, the Doctor must now stop a bloodbath taking place from the aliens and the Earth and wiping out millions of people. A small, unlucky body of men has been selected to complete the task. Food production has also been revolutionised by recycling methods to help sustain life on Earth. Survivors of the Earth seek to break in and cause tension within Project Inspiron. Their ways of infiltrating the grounds of the complex bring about a threatening situation to the crew of Project Inspiron at the same time when the Doctor and Ace arrive. The answer to the sabotage and interference from the outcasts comes about with the advent of the Mondasian Cybermen. At first, their intentions are positive for the future of mankind. When experiments begin to go wrong, the Doctor and Ace must protect the future of humanity from a brainwashed group of humans, who now serve the cause of the Cybermen... *Also contains bonus chapter featuring the CaptainThunderWho's binge list for Doctor Who's 60th Anniversary. As each Doctor views the transmission differently according to his vastly varying personalities, the thirteen men and their companions set course to the massive vessel. But is it truly someone in need, or the most elaborate trap the Doctor had ever encountered? Join the Doctors, his most popular companions, and two surprise guests as they unravel the mystery of the Menagerie! This was fun to write, as I have been a fan of Doctor Who since I was nine years old during the Tom Baker era. I studied hard to try to capture each Doctor's personality as they speak and interact, although I do admit that having a cast of 28 causes several characters to get lost within the dialogue. I made this as canonically correct as possible, pulling each Doctor and his corresponding companion from episodes to make this possible, but if you catch me in an error... I claim AU! Ha ha. It is for all intents and purposes a Capaldi episode, within his first season, long before Face the Raven. This is a Doctor Who fanfic for superfans only, as the entire first section only describes each Doctor by his attire, so you have to guess which is which by their apparel and companions. If you aren't familiar with each and every Doctor, this story will get very confusing. That being said, I hope you enjoy!
