Georgie Philip seemingly has it all: she's the Student Body President of Auradon Preparatory School, has a royal advisor as a father, and is the best friend of the soon-to-be king, Prince Ben. But as the daughter of Giselle and Robert Philip, born in a far-off place called New York-and no royal title to boot-Georgie's always felt like an outsider looking in. A misfit. That is until four new students replace her as the school's new outsiders.
The Villian Kids, known around the school as the VKs, are all anyone can talk about. And not in a good way. As part of the welcoming committee, Georgie finds herself growing closer to the VKs every day, especially to the suave boy with thieving tendencies, Jay. But machinations are afoot; evil plots, royal ambitions, and jealous hearts threaten to interfere with every aspect of Georgie's life. Will Georgie and the VKs make it through the first weeks of school?
