The Smiling Demon

A young man kneeling with his head a leaning forward awaiting for the blade of his executioner to behead him for all the sin he has amass and now they all caught up to him. He can feel his sins crawling on his back but before the strike was delivered on the boy face smiled. The smile of Insanity.

But before he could die a man interrupted his execution and told him of an offer from the Shogun that if any of the prisoners were to find the Shinseko or the Elixir of immortality, they would be pardoned from any cirmes they committed and will receive the Shoguns protection.

"Do you take this offer?"

Feeling his smile grew even wider and with tears coming out of his eye.

"Yes!"
