Pangarap ni Belle na maging isang propesyonal na ballet dancer. Pero dahil sa kahirapan ay hindi siya makapag enroll sa isang ballet dance school kaya nag sumikap siyang mag training mag isa hangang sa matutunan ito.

Isang araw, nabalitaan ni Belle sa kaniyang ina na mayroong isang patimpalak para sa mga marunong mag ballet sa kanilang lalawigan at ang premyo noon ay isang scholarship sa isang mamahaling ballet dance school na sanhi ng pagkatalon niya sa tuwa.
