Dr. Stephen Strange, a renowned neurosurgeon, suffers a career-ending car accident that leaves him with a permanent hand injury. Despite his wealth and fame, Strange becomes lost and desperate to find a cure for his hands. He stumbles upon a mystical community led by the Ancient One, and despite initial skepticism, he becomes her student.
