She whispered clutching my collar and I couldn't help but feel a familiar ache that always comes when she is in pain. But I also have to admit that somewhere I loved seeing her tears and the reason being me is what I craved for. My heart clenched at the thought of hurting her but I can't go against my elders.

"You are a fucking bastard and I hate you MANIK MALHOTRA"

She said loudly looking into my eyes with her red ones in a room full of people. But now I don't care about my reputation or anything. I just care about her being strong enough to leave me. I internally smiled when I saw her being brave.

Aru and Shri hugged me beaming with happiness.But I'm feeling empty. I feel like I've left my world. This isn't supposed to affect me as it is affecting me now.

I passed them a small smile and looked at him to see him smiling softly at me and I couldn't help giving back a small smile of my own. He patted my head showing his proudness but somewhere I regret doing what I did even though that's what is right.
