Understanding what someone else is going through is the first step of being there for them. This is my story. I wrote it a while back when I felt defeated and when I felt like I couldn't turn to anyone. It made me feel like a burden. But in reality this is just a part of me. It doesn't define who I am. After writing this. It made me feel better.
