Alex Riley Parker is Peter Parker's older sister.
Before he was born she was kidnapped by Hydra and passed back and forth between the Redroom and Hydra. Once she escapes she finds a little brother at home.
She is having a normal day until she gets a call about her brother getting into a fight at school. She walks out of the small coffee shop only to get trampled by Hydra. The Avengers just so happen to be in that exact coffee shop. So, she lets the Avengers deal with Hydra.
Once she handles the deal with Peter, the Avengers kidnap her and take her to the tower for questioning. Director Fury just so happened to be there and recognized her. She is forced to stay in the tower for three days to make sure she isn't a threat.
While at the tower, she occupies herself by doing things with the Avengers and making weapons. Why the weapons? She's just bored and maybe trying to ensure nothing happens to Peter.
No time soon anyway.
After three days, she decided to continue staying at the tower. She chooses to keep her apartment as a safe room when it's needed.
Everything is going well with the Avengers until He comes and destroys it all. He takes her brother from her, Tony, and everyone else. She and Tony were besties when it came to snarky and on-the-dot jokes about the most absurd things. And Clint, they were the best pranksters.
But that's all gone now.
Then Thanos.
She couldn't keep Peter safe enough from Him.
She truly lost everything.
After a while, her mental health spiraled and she had gone crazy.
The Avengers had finally fixed everything with Thanos and brought everything back. But that didn't stop Alex from unveiling her wrath on Thanos for taking her brother. She killed Thanos and most of his army until she felt satisfied.

She became more then the assassian they made her. Never looking back. At least not after she thought she destroyed the Red Room. But she didn't really destroy it. And when she left, she left her two "sisters" behind. "Twins". When they were younger, they were all part of a "family". Undercover, as the two older agents with them were there to steal something. The mission lasted 3 years. Natasha knew it was fake. But the 6 year old Yelena Belova and Olesya Aleksandrovna, they didn't know. So they got thrown into the Red Room. Not a clue in the world as to what was going on. "Mother" probably dead from a gunshot wound. "Father" watching as they were taken away. "Older Sister" trying to save them, but failing in the end. So they spent the next 21 years, mind controlled. Forced to be assassians. No freewill. That is, until an older widow, cracks the serum. Finds a way to get the girls their minds back. They found another mission for her, one that was unique from all of her others. She had to befriend the young Spider-Man, and get him to show her the other Avengers. In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
