Elizabeth, a young woman who has faced numerous adversities in her life. From an early age, she lost her parents and has felt her world crumbling around her. Despite the difficulties, she lives with her grandparents and strives to study and work at the same time, focusing on graduating and achieving the independence she longs for.
Elizabeth has been in love with a guy from college for years. However, her shyness prevents her from approaching him and expressing her feelings. But one day, fate intervenes and they finally have the chance to meet. Additionally, Elizabeth begins to meet more people and open herself up to new friendships.
As Valentine's Day approaches, Elizabeth receives anonymous cards from a mysterious sender, identified only as "M." She suspects they come from the guy who has been the object of her feelings for so long. However, to her surprise, it turns out to be someone completely unexpected.
The plot addresses themes such as love, personal growth, the importance of human relationships in the face of adversity, self-acceptance, and acceptance of loss and grief.

Trials and Consequences of Love
Valentina-Rosa young and innocent first understood the true trials and consequences of love when she met Carson Dean; though he too was young he was nowhere near innocent.
