A Hopeless Romantic

Faith Monroe had never once stepped out of her comfort zone. She had always buried herself to work, achievements, and titles in hopes for her Father to acknowledge her hard work. But no matter how hard she tried to attain his attention, they never worked, and they never would.

The glint of hope that abode inside her own little world, vanished almost instantly when failure rendered her hopeless. There was no more point of trying, she has failed herself for her Father to be recognized, and she no longer has the will to try and win his attention again.

Well - not until Hope Sebastian Elrod came knocking in her life. An unusual but remarkable guy who's come to change the entire course of her life. And just so you know, by 'change the entire course of her life', well he sure did. But not in a sense of a good thing anyways.

Her Father had finally notice her existence, but not because of her hard work, nor the efforts she had wasted throughout her entire life. It wasn't because of any of those; but because of Hope Sebastian Elrod, her secret partner in crime who turned out to be the worst obstacle she had come across yet.

Now that the situation had gone worse for her, it was time to get out of the comfort zone. But as soon as she set foot outside the barrier that had kept her inside for so long, she finds herself entangled from the series of unfortunates and calamities. Like a small fish sunk into the oceans filled with sharks and unfamiliar creatures.

How will she survive her way out from the danger that awaits her? Especially when the danger itself is a notorious jerk who's name embodies the element of trust, but quite the complete opposite of a person that he truly is.
