The gods still view humanity as an unruly and corrupt race-petty, greedy, and cruel. And so, the Council of the Gods convenes once more, this time with unanimous intent: to wipe out humanity once and for all. Just as Zeus raises his voice to seal humanity's fate, a lone voice cuts through the room-Göll, a young valkyrie and sister to the legendary Brunhilde, who once led humanity to victory. Echoing her sister's courage, Göll demands that humanity be granted a final chance to prove their worth, to show that there is something within them worth preserving. Reluctantly, the gods agree to her proposal, deciding to hold a second Tournament of Ragnarok, a brutal battle that will determine humanity's fate. In this new tournament, thirteen gods, each representing divine power, justice, and fury, will step forward. Humanity will send forth the Einherjar, warriors chosen from across time-heroes, inventors, warriors, and kings-each partnered with a valkyrie who will become their ultimate weapon, a Völundr forged to match their unique skills and spirit. To survive, humanity must secure victory in seven of these thirteen battles. As the dust of ancient grudges and forgotten legends rises, humanity's fate rests once more on the courage and strength of their chosen. Can they defy fate a second time?
