Izuku Midoriya was kidnapped by the Yakuza and brought to Overhaul, there he experimented on him and altered his body, he gains high intelligence as well, he encounters 17 creatures that were also human and a little girl called Eri that was also being experimented on. They escape and managed to find Inko who took them in.
