The city state of Teraana is being forced into a naval conflict. Its ruler, Duchess Anabella Decaamen, reluctantly agreed to send a small fleet to help their neighbours, the Rovinna Republic, defend against savage pirate raids. Meanwhile, rumours of plots and rebellion begin to surface within her realm. Amidst the turmoil, will she emerge victorious or succumb to enemies outside and within?
