"I'll fix this Percy," Annabeth promises, staring at the crack lines of his hands.

 Maybe it was determination, or maybe she just inherited a whole lot of stupid, but when the next words came out of her mouth she didn't regret them, "I promise on the River Styx, I WILL fix this,"

Thunder boomed despite the lack of clouds outside, and vaguely she wondered if anyone who happened to be paying attention could hear it, or if it was just for the ears of the oath-maker.

                                               ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A very ancient, very old curse is cast. One meant only for children of the sea god, Poseidon, and his Roman counterpart, Neptune. Percy finds himself struggling for survival, as Annabeth embarks on a quest to find a cure to this curse before Percy is gone...this time, for good.
But time is running out.
The countdown for survival is coming to an end.
She had pushed herself past her breaking point, and still continued on as if nothing was wrong. The demigod knew if she allowed herself time to take even a moment, her soul would physically crack in two. Now was not the time for weakness, if anything, she had to be stronger. She knew the other girls would mumble about her, but Icaria wouldn't listen to them. She refused to watch someone she loved fall at the hands of Thanatos again. If need be, she would offer herself to him in place. Yet, there was someone who noticed the young girl breaking apart. She could see the bags grow darker, and watched as Icaria began to eat less and less. It was the same someone who had saved Icaria all those years ago. And the goddess refused to watch that someone suffer any longer. The goddess, Artemis, stepped out of her tent in the early morning light. All of her girls were getting rest, taking the opportunity to relax with the very few days of peace they had left. All except one. In the distance, the goddess could hear the distinct sound of metal striking against wood. She took quiet steps, and watched Icaria Kane from a distance. The girl breathed heavily, her body slumped from exhaustion. "Icaria?" Artemis asked, stepping through the early morning fog. "Why do you cry?" The demigods body tightened, urging the tears to stop falling. She turned her body away from her goddess, clutching Hearth in her hands.
"Oh would you shut up!" Pandora yelled at the boy across from her. "Or what? What are you going to do? That witchy shit you love to do or maybe splash me?!" Luke laughed sharply as he started towards Pandora. She shook her head as a small gasp left her lips as her back hit the wall, "looks like you've ran out of places to go Crescent" he said tauntingly as she looked away from him. He lightly pulled her head back to look at him as he gave a wicked smile as he leaned in to whisper in her ear, "you may be the daughter of Poseidon but your mine now" he whispered sending a shiver down her spine as they held eye contact. Pandora Nightgood wasn't like your normal demigod, having a mortal and immortal parent. No, she had a Nereid for a mother and Poseidon as her father. A story that has repeated throughout the centuries but nothing came of it until Pandora was born. He fled the first chance he got as he was reminded of the oath he had broken for the first time since the oath was made back at the end of World War 2. But like Pandora's box nothing stays a mistry for long. The now 17 year old has been at Camp Half Blood for 9 years as she tries to grapple with her powers she was given and struggles to find some sort of normality within her hectic life, but what happens when a boy named Percy Jackson stumbles into her life? Will he affect her life in more ways than one? And how will he affect the relationships she's worked so hard to build. Happening sometime after Camp Jupiter and Half-Blood Hill unite. Percy and Annabeth are finally looking forward to peace and quiet. They've had a hard couple of years. Hard is an understatement. Percy is yet again thrown into a quest that is going to take all of his powerful friends to accomplish. But the person he needs most will have to be left behind. Violet didn't ask for this. She never does. It was an accident. But she knows it's not. With the threat of getting kicked out of yet another school Violet has to keep her wits with her as she tries to brave the horrors of high school her senior year. But when another "accident" results in her trashing the auditorium and meeting a dark haired green eyed boy Violet learns that her normal life has never been normal at all. Thrust into a world she doesn't understand with powers she can't control Violet learns some truth about herself and about her parents. Their quest takes them somewhere few have been and come back from and brings together the most powerful group of demigods the two camps have ever seen.
