Beating the Clock | MiChaeng time travel / loop AU

This is an time loop / time travel based alternate universe where TWICE Son Chaeyoung works as an A&E surgeon and TWICE Myoui Mina is a famous singer / idol befallen with a chronic illness. Twice is not an existing group in this universe but the members are still present.

After her lover's passing, Chaeyoung has been distraught. Although her friends continuously tried to get her to open up about her feelings and talk to them, she had always been the type to stay quiet, shutting the world away as she sits in her room, reliving the last moments she had with her. From the smell of her hair to the luminescent lights in the ward, she lived through the moments again. And again. And again.

Months have passed since, Chaeyoung has worked through living life normally again, attending to patients and taking care of her loved ones, though the memories still haunt her mind.

After taking a quick nap under the tree her and Minari used to lay, her eyes opened in Mina's bedroom. The 90's movies posters were still up, her treasured figurines still in the box on her shelf and piles of paper scattered all over her desk. "You're awake!" Mina entered the room, her bright smile widening. "We still have that concert to get to, remember? You DON'T wanna miss seeing them live do you?"

Barely awake and definitely confused, her hand is grabbed by Mina, lifting her off the bed and out of the room.
