Dr. Flug has been isolated from the rest of the world for the past few years. He hides himself in a mansion on the outskirts of town, working on experiments. 

Demencia, a college student, has recently moved into the neighborhood. When she hears of the mysterious man that everyone seems to fear, she can't help but try and visit him.

What she expects is a crazed scientist, but what she gets instead is a misunderstood man with two robotic arms, who covers his face with a paper bag.
