After beating the Darkness, unexpected guests are back from the dead. Liz and Sam are both tortured by the British Men of Letters, and they don't trust them, even if the British Men of Letters want their help. Once everything is calm down, Liz and Dean plan their wedding and Liz couldn't be happier to marry the love of her life. The Winchesters have to deal with not only trying to get Lucifer back into the cage, but they want to destroy Lucifer's unborn child. Now, everyone's on board with the plan, except Liz. Liz doesn't believe that her sibling will be evil, like everyone is saying. So, while everyone else tries to find Kelly, who's carrying the unborn baby, Liz will stop at nothing to find Kelly first and protect them at all costs.
