It's funny how when you're a kid, you feel invincible and you feel like no one has the capability of breaking you but then that one day comes and your world is completely shattered. Just one simple thing that seemed like it wouldn't lasts for years to come, was yanked from your grasp..... The day your mother is yanked from your life is possibly the wrist day of your life. So much worse than any pain you feel. And my dear Lord does it hurt badly

The future is far beyond us. It does not exist. When an oblivious idiot takes credit for the invention of the third (and best functioning) model of the RCA, no one even so much as bats an eye, distraction. These models are the best of the best, at everything. Their muscle flexibility is 93% of ours, effectively eliminating non-realistic movement. They have software controlling their vocal output so that what they say always makes perfect sense, even in pronunciation. Everyone agrees on one thing: If they had a heart, they'd be just about human. And that's just it. Somewhere out there, the original prototype is running about, disguising himself as a normal gen3 RCA, when in reality, he's the only non-organic thing on earth to have emotion, and thought. The other RCAS are programmed to identify him as an immediate danger to the public. So he's always moving around. Looking for the finish to his one computer-made script, aptly called 'fate'. When you're young, you think you know it all. When you go through foster care, You have to grow up fast. Meet an 8-year-old boy who thought he knew it all. He just wanted to grow up as fast as possible to escape all the "care" he was forced to have. But when a family finds out about his past, they want to help him in any way they can. In this case, letting him be a little kid again, letting him feel safe while being himself. If you have to take drastic action to solve a problem, you have to do something basic and extreme to solve it. **** The scientific term metamorphosis isn't something that pertains to physical change alone. It goes deeper than that. "Like how deep?" You might be wondering. Well, it can go in immensely deep. To the point were...A person. One you've grown to know right from childhood. For practically ALL YOUR LIFE. Probably as well as the back of your hand. To seem...entirely different! From what they used to be. Or rather, who you thought they truly were. Then again! I believe it only goes to show us the full spectrum of human behavior. It reveals something quietly laiden within ourselves. Our TRUE selves. So reason deeply, and tell me, What do you believe? **** "Er..I believe that...the term, holds a certain kind of eminence. N'that, whomever we are, be us young or old, everyone, everywhere! is susceptible to equal, unparalleled change! Besides, don't the most beautiful things come from the most unlikely places?" **** Everyone has their own views and opinions. Still, they all seem to forget the most important thing. They forget that CHANGES can be for good, AND for bad. It can bring the beautiful AND the ugly. It can pave a path of light OR darkness. Just because a chrysalis is breaking open, that doesn't mean a magical butterfly is gonna come fluttering out! These people FORGET! That moths? They go through the same stages too. But you? Being orphaned at 11 isn't that bad. I mean, your mother dying at home, right in front of your eyes and your dad leaving you to go on a "supposed" hunting trip and never coming back. Yeah, that doesn't faze me at all. Also, being scarred at 10, naw. Might bite you in the ass later, but what can you do about it. Loving your best friend even though your other best friend loves you, that can be a bitch. I'm just lying here in stillness and darkness wondering why. Why did this have to happen to my mom? We have nothing we can't even afford a house. Here I am a 14 year old boy that lives in a shelter home. Mom says one day we'll get out. But I've lost all hope. And I know my mom has no hope either. If she did I wouldn't have to hear her cry herself to sleep at night. I hate seeing her in so much pain. I wish, I could get a job. Maybe since I'm younger and a boy they'll hire me. Who am I kidding? My mom's in her 30's she's not old either. Sometimes the idiots that run this place kick my mom out for the night because she's making too much noise after hours. My mom was crying; is that too hard to understand? I hate this place. Well, tomorrow's our first day apart since summer started. They're forcing me to go to high school. I'm okay with school but I don't want to leave my mom alone in this world. Well, I guess there's a better chance of me getting a job if I'm in high school. You know there's one thing I remember my mom telling me when I was young. "Never frown; you never know who's falling in love with your smile." Words to live by.
