Destroy the Tape, Roosevelt!

Two cats, Roosevelt and Feliway, encounter a news report one afternoon stating to be careful about watching a specific show with an ear shattering lethal screen that's been affecting others nationwide. After Feliway comes in contact with a near death experience, Roosevelt goes on a mission to destroy a very old tape of the original show to protect others, Feliway and himself.
