After escaping the destruction of their homeworld, four of the remaining Maximals (Optimus Primal, Rhinox, Cheetor, and Airazor) find themselves shrunken down and marooned on a world of bloody evolution.

Now, the Maximals must keep their origins hidden from the world while at the same time try and protect the humans, Faunus, and the Transwarp Key from the Terrorcons and any other threats hiding in the shadows . . .

This journey will forever change Sonic and Lilac's lives. Can the two anthropomorphic friends survive this adventure and make it back home, or will they meet defeat at the hands of Scourge and Unicron? This story is a slight reimagining of Transformers Rise of the Beasts, originally written by Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich Hoeber, Jon Hoeber, Joby Harold. My retelling has new characters: Sonic and Lilac.
