Summary:
Steve Rogers was never one for public events, let along parties with some of the wealthiest people in the country. When the famous World War 2 veteran received an invitation to the annual Veteran's Charity Ball at Wayne Manor in Gotham City, he knew was going to be in for a long night.
While in fact this ball was for charity for his fellow struggling veterans, he has been to enough of these charity balls to know he never liked being around snooty, overly privileged rich people. For people that were born with everything handed to them and never having to work a day in their lives left a very bad taste in the Brooklyn native's mouth.
However, when a mysterious and gorgeous young woman caught his eye, he began having second thoughts traveling to Gotham to attend the ball. Spending almost the whole evening with her, The handsome captain had become completely enthralled with the girl.
