"Welcome to Site 43! A beach paradise on an artificial island, located a couple of miles in the North Pacific Ocean near the islands of Hawaii. Here, you will join a group of highly motivated and dedicated personnel, who will uphold the foundation's main objective of securing, containing, and protecting both safe class and children/children minded SCPs. Due to unforeseen circumstances concerning our main training/logistical facility, our site managed to pull in 2 new personnel, one, a recent graduate of Harvard University, with very little work experience, to join our researching branch, and the other, a former member of the FBI's Unusual Incident Unit, to join our Mobile Task Force Contingent. There is also a group of interest that has been on our radar, but they are considered low risk, so you shouldn't have to worry about them. Which was why a Task force of the most elite soldiers is formed to not only aid the foundation in their captures or assassin's from other threats but also to make sure the foundation including the O5 Council will not turn against humanity for their goals. We follow a team of elite soldiers lead by Y/n L/n as he lead his team on many missions to face powerful SCP's and taking down corruption or terrorist acts. They will gain allies and enemies along the way as they complete any missions they are given and use their skills to protect the world and all of humanity from threats as the most powerful and most deadly soldiers ever lived.

During one of containment breaches, something went wrong, and together with SCPs, MTFs found themselves in a completely new reality. But was it truly a reality? Some for the better, some for the worse. Whenever an alarm is set off, it's nothing much. That is, until it's much more than just "a pipe burst..." Masaki said that there were terrifying legends about a being created by the Soul Reapers to influence the minds of Humans. It turns out, the Soul Reapers created the Entity to gain more power through it. This parasitic creature was feeding off the pain from Humans, which was also granting the Soul Reapers to gain more abilities. It is not supposed to be there and neither are these Human attributes. But in this Universe, the Entity was only responsible for the pain. The Soul Reapers were gaining power with not even a hint of remorse. And when it found out that it was discovered, Danny's parents were killed by the Soul Reapers to keep quiet about the Entity's existence! Later after that, Danny and SCP-999 became famous after defeating the Scarlet King. But Danny sacrificed himself to save the Multiverse! And now, the Soul Reapers are up to no good again...but there was a prophecy saying that a Halfa will stop the Soul Reapers once and for all! And Danny Phantom will return to save the Multiverse!
