This sets during and after the events that happen in randy x onceler

The Lorax is sad because Randy and the onceler are cutting down the trees. He soon meets the cat in the hat, a very tall black and white cat who obviously wears a red and white tophat. Soon enough, their love grows faster then the growth of randy and Oncies business.
