douma is known as the ice hashira. he is bisexual and always has been. his wife kotoha had dies because of a demon so he was left to raise his step son inosuke.he is loyal to his master but he is unable to feel emotion.

kokushibo is known as uppermoon 1. never in his life has he broken a rule. he is loyal to his master and serves him. he is rather quiet and quick.

both never broke a rule in their life and they are loyal...it wouldn't hurt to break a few rules right?
