He'd locked himself in his house and hasn't left it for six entire months. All the other hermits were worried sick about him, and the only one who hadn't given up, hadn't lost hope, was Scar. He still showed up at Grian's door every single day. Could Scar save Grian from the massive hole he'd dug for himself, or had he gone too far to come back? Things were alright on the SMP, Wilbur and Tommy had already established L'manburg, Dream was angry at the two of them but didn't seem to be doing much about it, not too much conflict was going on. That was a month ago. Tommy hasn't been seen in a full month. Wilbur was worried for his little brother and has been looking for the gremlin child but he was starting to get burntout. To make matters worse, no one was able to tell Technoblade or Philza. -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- I don't own any of the characters, I only own the art and this specific storyline. Grian had spent his whole life running. Running away from Evo. Running away from YandereHigh. Running away from Sam. He was sick of it. So when he finds himself back in the hellhole of his teenage years, the memories become too strong to handle, and runs away from his group of fellow hermits. With hermits becoming suspicious of the avian's inactivity, what can they do to try and help him? Can Grian escape his nightmares, and drown out the horrible memories? Mumbo has mental health issues. When his best friend Grian disappears with only a note left behind, his mental health worsens and continues to go downhill. (I guess?? Basically if Tommy never betrayed Technoblade. Basically inspired by a lot of stories similar to this. Anyway here's the actual description below ⬇️) Exile. One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices. To stay with his supposed elder brother who is not dead or go back to the people who turned their backs on him. He picked the first choice. Now Tommy has to live with the fact that he and Tubbo may not be able to repair their friendship and that the country that he helped build is basically f*cked! But that is not the end of the story. I'm not about to spoil the entire plot in one description. Read to find what happens! (Yes I'm doing one of these fics. Sue me or whatever but they seem fun to write so ya know!)

Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. Or at least, they end up okay. Tommy discovers this as one day, running from Dream and his exile, he falls through the snow and wakes up in an odd world, one with lots of people! Even more people than the DreamSMP, but not quite as many as SMP Earth, which he hardly remembers. Now, in this new world, far friendlier than his old, he must help his newest friends find the friend that disappeared from their world. Meanwhile, Grian wasn't sure where he was or who any of these people were until he bumps into Phil. When he found out a man called Dream had hurt his old friend's kid, he wasn't very happy to say the least. He was particularly angry at how the kid was dragged into their stupid wars, and didn't hesitate to tell the man who wore a plain mask off, much to the surprise of everyone there. It's not every day you see a 5'6 man in an oversized red sweater screaming his head off at one of the most dangerous men in the server. He has to learn how to juggle his sudden nightmares, the insanity of his new world, and the issue of getting home all at once, and he must admit, it was very stressful. Will they be able to get home, or will they be stuck swapped forever? They both had people, friends, family counting on them to come home. Counting on them to return to them. They couldn't let them down. Aka Tommy gets therapy and Grian gives everyone else therapy.
