The smartest and the strongest teen from each state are selected of one of each and taken into a facility where they think they're going to compete against one another in a series of mind games and physical games to determine who is the strongest and smartest in the country. But what the kids really don't know is the ozone layer has deteriorated and the government knows the world will soon be destroyed in only a matter of time and they can't do anything about it so they leave it up to the most smartest and strongest kids to try and figure out a solution to save humanity and defeat catastrophes that the ozone layer has created.
