The rise and fall of Macy

When Macy's world suddenly gets turned upside down, she fights to keep her head above water. She has no idea that the things she clings to from her old life are nothing compared to the amazing things life has in store for her in her future. Once a critical thinker unable to accept things outside of the scope of normalcy, Macy is suddenly thrust into the world of mythical creatures. When a popular kid in her new school has a fiery obsession with her, she automatically assumes the worst about his intentions. He will do whatever it takes to get her to open her mind to the idea of him though, and he doesn't give up so easily. When she finds out everything happening was happening for a really good reason, she regrets ever digging her feet in the ground, and wishes they had moved there sooner than they did. She fights for the life she always dreamed of, and gets so much more in the end.
