Miraculous: Tales of Mochibug and Black Neko

The Miraculous are magical jewels that when given to the right holder, they're given extraordinary powers that help protect the world from the forces of evil. Throughout history, heroes have used these jewels for the good of the human race. Two of these Miraculous are more powerful than the others; the earrings of the Ladybug, which provide the power of creation; and the ring of the Black Cat, which grants the power of destruction.

Somewhere in Japan, a mysterious figure named Charonda emerged from the shadows and obtained the Miraculous of the Butterfly. He made a threat to turn the people of Japan into villains unless he received the Miraculous of the Ladybug and Black Cat. Two retired French superheroes entrusted two teenagers, one of whom is a girl named Ochaco Uraraka, whose dream was to make money for her parents to live normal lives, with the most powerful jewels in the world upon hearing the activation of one of the lost Miraculous. Ochaco was given the Ladybug earrings and became Japan's new magical vigilante, succeeding Ladybug as Mochibug.

As she navigates her school duties and newfound powers, she joins forces with Black Neko, a charismatic nighttime vigilante who took up the mantle of Cat Noir, the ring of the black cat. Little does she know that her childhood friend Izuku Midoriya, the shy and bookish boy she has feelings for, is actually the one behind the mask. Despite not having a Quirk and abandoning his dream of becoming a hero, he tries to pursue a new dream so he can help people without powers.
