My name is Kaya, I'm a dragon rider. My dragon's name is Stars, she's a Shadow (Mystery Class), build much like a Night Fury, but bigger, faster, shaper and stronger. As far as I know, she's the only one of her kind; we have flown to many places looking for other Shadows, but not once have we seen one. Stars' my family and I’m her rider, we're like sisters and we watch out for each other. 
One day when we fly over the island of Berk, something happens....

(This is my first fan fiction, so please don't hate me for the grammar mistakes and such. English' not my first language, but i try. Hope you'll like it! I will update if i feel like it or if people like the story. Oh, and please notice that i tend to write long chapters! PS. This is also my first story on Wattpad, I've been wanting to share my other stories, but i don't really know if I should... maybe later. AND, I just wrote this for fun because I'm like that, heh.)
