Yeah, it's the third volume of Oumeno greatness brought to you by the self-proclaimed Oumeno Queen (as long as nobody else wants that title, I will happily take it)! ^-^ I started early on Vol. 3 because I'm in the middle of a story in Vol. 2, and I had ideas that were fresh in my mind that I wanted to get on paper, so I went ahead to create Vol. 3. I will go back to the story in Vol. 2 and finish, though! And when that's done, I'll erase most of this message here and make a better one. XD
