❝ When I woke up, I saw them. I remember their gray and yellow clothing. I remember their bright red hats. I remember their confused and shocked faces.

    ❝ I didn't blame them.

    ❝ But now I've told you my story.

    ❝ So please let me go. ❞

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The immortal test subject 0029, or Aliyah June Everett as she wants to be called, was one of the many girls who escaped the laboratory disguised as an orphanage years ago.
    She's been in hiding with two of the girls for six years. But unlike her, they want revenge on the world for forgetting about them and leaving all the girls to die. Aliyah doesn't want that. Not at all.
    So after being abandoned by her so-called friends, Aliyah has to learn about the world and the many dangers it holds. She also has to somehow keep an eye on the two girls to make sure they don't harm anyone.
    As Aliyah begins to meet new and old friends, she starts to unravel the true intentions of her friends that left her behind.
    Will Aliyah and her friends be able to keep the world safe? Or will they watch everyone they love be corrupted until there's no one left?
We are just a bunch of puzzle pieces that were forced together but don't really fit." When it was all said and done, they all agreed, they were never meant to win. They watched as the world around them burned, a world they fought so hard to protect. In the distance, a tall figure stood with pride watching his chaos morph into victory, there was nothing left for him to do but watch his enemies perish in the flames. . . ---------- It's the fight they have all waited for their entire lives. The New Generation is ready to defend their family, their friends, and their world from Itri who will all but destroy it if he gets the chance. They know their parent's stories were the start of a battle, but they are here to win the war, as one, as a team. They are meant to work together to defeat their enemy. Ten people united by the most unlikely circumstances, five daughters whose futures are predetermined, and only one chance to make things right. It won't be easy, they must make allies, face new enemies, rely on one another and try not to die in the process, but when new truths come to light, a divide is placed between them as their trust for each other falls apart. Friends become enemies, one team becomes two sides and their enemy only gets stronger in the process. Once upon a time, they thought they can do anything together, but how do you change a future that has already been seen? How can you rely on someone you no longer trust? How will you save an entire universe if you can't even save yourself? You can't hope to win if you're already destined to lose. . . but then again, you can't win at all unless hope is present and that's what matters most. ********** An Aeterian Story- Final Book
"Three weeks. That's how long I got to have drama-free. I'm not sure what is happening to me or to Oakwood. Nothing's the same since I rolled into town and it just keeps getting weirder. Suspicious agents in suits roam the streets without an explanation. They're staring straight at me. The new Chemistry teacher is NOT who he says he is. I'm doing things I never thought I could. Like, mutant-level things... Lauren, Luc's dead twin sister, hid something from everyone. Something important that may have lead to her demise and that could lead to ours. Hunters are in town. I never knew four words could contain so much dread and terror. I'd rather deal with the Wanderers. I'm on the brink of a breakdown. I need help..." BOOK #2 IN THE SERIES! Ignorance is not bliss... In the wake of ridding Oakwood of Wanderers, other dangers come creeping in and they're somehow linked to Luc's absent twin. The past returns to haunt the mutants in inconspicuous ways. Riley's life is yet again in jeopardy, but this time she's not alone. Luc and his family are all thrown into the teetering balance. More secrets are uncovered. A trap dawns on them all. Invisible threats start crawling from all directions. Who is the real enemy? TW : behaviours of depression and PTSD are displayed. I don't name them, but one of the character will be struggling a lot. It may not be suitable for everybody. Other adult matters are briefly included, but nothing explicit or intense. Rewriting specifications : the main points of the story and end of the book will remain the same, am just going to change a few ways of getting there and adding some extra spice. Feel free to pause the read until the REWRITING sign disappears.
{COMPLETED} "now that you've had your fun electrocuting me, would you care to hop in the backseat?" ---------------------------------------------------------- Freak DNA. That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. And when we arrive, we will arrive violently. ___________________________________________ Started: 10.06.15 Finished: 3.17.16
Dimension Academy 17 Experiments escape from a lab and attend a high school hundreds of miles away. Except for 2 of them. Number Five took Number Seventeen to an alternate dimension while they were trying to escape from the lab. But, when Number Five returned, Number Seventeen had not. While Number Five wanted his friend back, he had other business to take care of. Him and his "assistant", Number Nine, took an attempt to slaughter everyone who worked or currently works at the lab, but it's really hard to do that when Number Two, Number Fives brother, and Number Ten try to stop you before the others find out. Q&A Q - How old are you? A - 14 as of right now Q - is Five a copy of the Umbrella Academy's Five? A - Absolutely not. Maybe a few personality traits are similar, and their names are the same, but they look nothing a like and they have way different backgrounds and stories. Also, I knew Five was going to be more of the main character, so I named him after my favorite number. Q - Did you copy the Umbrella Academy's name? A - No, but after watching the Umbrella Academy, I searched up what an academy was. After finding out with it truly means, I thought it fitted perfectly with the name of the school Five came from in the book. Q - Why are some of the numbers not mentioned in the book as much as the others? A - In books as well as movies and tv shows, characters are chosen to be the main characters, secondary characters, background characters, and so on. I couldn't have all 17 of them be the main characters. It would be way too much to focus on. So, that's why I mainly focus on Five, Nine, Ten, Two, and Eleven in this book. Q - is there a sequel? A - Yes! It is currently in production right now! Unlike this book, I'm going to write all of the chapters first and then publish it, so please be patient!
