Petra Pachner lives in the year 1973 and is her cities one and only Spider-Woman. This is until a dangerous villain enters her Neue York and is unable to catch it. She runs into a second Spider-Man with about the same abilities as her. She can't stand him, but pleads to join him on his mission to fulfill her Uncle's dying words.

Will Petra learn to tolerate this second hero? Or will she grow to hate him?
