Karabelo Green is a seventeen year old high school graduate born in the city of Maseru Lesotho. Raised by strick parents has never been easy for her, because her parents want her to follow her elder sister's footsteps. Go to school, get good marks, keep your head down, graduate and get a good paying job then marry a well mannered boy.
All she wants is to follow spend summer holidays in Cape Town with her boyfriend, and she's willing to lie to her parents to make that happen. What happens when she finds her boyfriend with another girl, cheating.
Maybe ice cream is just what she's looking for to mend her broken heart. After all there's nothing a scoop of ice cream can't heal right?
