Having superhero powers is a dream that every human being wants to achieve. A group of scientists are conducting research on an ancient creature named 'Hallucigenia'. It is believed that these creatures have a core source of power that allows a human to have superhuman strength. This is the story of a high school student, Arlo who is destined to bear this power to protect the world from existing threats.

"I've tried telling them I'm only fifteen. That no sane government would force a boy my age to fight crime. 'But Max, you're a superhero! Isn't this what you want?' Actually, no.
