The hot afternoon was fogging up my friend's glasses as we went through the forest for our regular afternoon hike. It was summer vacation and me being the sporty kid I had to drag my friend along for my normal fitness shenanigans. 
"Are we almost done with the hike it seemed to have been going on forever! " My friend Izzy wasn't the most excited to be on the hike with me. She would complain about everything but I didn't mind, it just felt nice to have a friend around for the journey./ This is either going to be a sci-fi or just a fictional book. The book will be full of mystery and emotions. Time travel and cross detention travel will also be incorporated into the book at some point.
