As crime rates mysteriously in increase in the east coast of the U.S. Luke a young boy from philadelphia. Deciding mantle the responsibility of being vigilante he will stop at nothing to end this unknown threat looming.

Slowly he stops simple drugdeals to malicous plots that may flip the free world.

Will he be able to bring justice in stoping this unknown threat
